I honestly can’t remember when I wasn’t singing.
I love that it can mean whatever you want it to mean. It can be spending fun and quality time with friends, or it can be an important solo you’ve worked on for years. Art exists in the way we let it. It has the meaning we give it and for me it’s everything.
It really depends on the day and my mood. There are so many artists from so many different genres and eras I take inspiration from that it is impossible to name them all.
I don’t have a specific process. When my thoughts and words are flowing, I try to write them down. If a tune comes to mind, I try to record even a bit of it, either humming or singing or whatever, just so I can remember it. Or, sometimes just messing around on my uke or guitar or with friends and something just sort of clicks in my head and then I become obsessed with putting something together.
I think empathy is one of the most powerful emotions, and I think it’s strong within songwriting. The best compliments I’ve been given are from people who can relate to what I’ve written.
Yes, I play guitar, ukulele, bass, and a little piano/keyboard.
Friendly, honest, and driven, but don’t ask my sister or parents, they’d probably have a different response😊
I can tumble and juggle, so maybe I should just quit everything else and go into the clown business.
Youngest EGOT winner or maybe standing at midfield performing for the Super Bowl halftime show (a girl can dream).

Everyone has a unique voice. Just because someone might not like your music or your style, doesn’t mean other people won’t. So, if you’re passionate about your singing, make it happen.
To write it down. It doesn’t matter if you don’t think it reaches your standards. It’s still art and you might want it later. Oh, and you know how sometimes something comes to you in the middle of the night? I’ve learned to get up and write it down or leave myself a voice memo or something, so I can be sure to remember it the next day.
I’m super excited to share that I am currently working on my very first ep “Sweet Tooth”. I have so many thoughts and feelings I’ve written down and this is just the first batch of many that I am fortunate enough to get to share with a loving audience. I love my producer and am amped to be making more and more music.
This is incredibly hard for me to answer because I genuinely do love it all. I listen to what I feel. So, it really does depend on the day and my mood. My great grandfather was a child-prodigy trumpet player, so I really do feel like music is in my blood.
I definitely like being immersed in either music or nature. Bonus points if I can combine them. Also, spending quality time with family and close friends. So, the ideal would be being with family and friends, singing music in a beautiful outdoor venue.
Okay don’t judge me here but I’m going to definitely have to go with Alfred. Batman gets all the credit, but let’s be real.
I have a huge, sweet tooth, so it’s almost easier to ask if there are any I don’t like.
I have favorites for different subjects for sure. I love coming of ages films, like mid 90s and SLC punk. I also love psychological horror. Then, I love silly ones, like Birdemic and Sharknado.
I fear regret. I don’t want to be on my deathbed wishing I had done everything differently. I want to live a happy and full life to the best of my ability while I can.
Yes! I have five rescues. One cuddly cat and four silly dogs.
My father runs a nonprofit called Cancer Hope Foundation. I have been involved with it my entire life and love volunteering to help make a positive difference in the lives of people affected by cancer.
